Steps to Reporting A Bug in the Website

To send us a bug follow these simple steps:

1. Press "Alt + Print Screen" on your keyboard
2. Open Microsoft Paint by going to the Start Menu > All Program > Accessories > Paint
3. Inside Paint, go to Edit > Paste
4. Save the screenshot to your desktop. File >Save As
5. Email the screenshot and brief description to: IT@BentonBank.com

If you can please include the following information with the email:

• Operating System - Windows, Mac, Linux
• Browser and Version - Example: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 4, Chrome 5. This can be obtained from going to Help >About in most browsers.
